CHEQUE DEPOSIT IN ATM:-

In ATM there is no availability to deposit the cheque,but nowadays in Delhi some banks they introduce the cheque deposit in ATM machine itself.

HOW TO WORK ON THE MACHINE?

The customer should place the cheque in the ATM screen then the machine will scan the cheque and the amount will be added in the customer account. Then the photocopy of the cheque also will be sent by the machine, the machine cost around 13 lacks.

BULK DEPOSIT:-

In some banks there is no facility to deposit the money in ATM, so the customer should deposit in the bank only they have to wait for a hour to deposit. In INDIA some foreign banks have the facility to deposit the money through ATM.

HOW TO WORK ON THE MACHINE?

The customer should place the money in the machine then the machine will count the money and then it will be added to the customer account. Finally the receipt will come at last to show the amount was added in the customer account.

TRANSFERRING CHEQUE IN MOBILE PHONE:-

Is it possible to send the cheque through mobile phones? why not possible, it is possible in USA and some other countries this technology had been brought up. The customer can send the amount from his account to other person. If one person send the message to the other person they can send the electronic cheque to other person. In the same way they receive electronic cheque from others.

THUMB IMPRESSION SECURITY:-

The thumb impression security is made to avoid forgery in ATM card( i.e) some of them making a duplicate ATM card and they are robbing money from other customer's account, so to avoid these kind of thefts some banks introduce the thumb impression security technology.In JAPAN and other countries this technology had been brought up.

HOW TO WORK ON THE MACHINE:-

The customer should insert the ATM card first and then instead of typing the number, there is about 1'cm height of thumb impression within that show your thumb. It will scan your impression and then it will open into your account . After verification of the thumb impression then you need to type the password then the transaction may be done.

These technologies will be soon reaching to our city and it is very useful for those who have account in banks. This method is a time consuming one such that here after they can less the crowd in banks and make very easy to hold the account
